The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ROBERT MCCORMACK, 56, of Tamar Gardens, West End, pleaded guilty to using handheld mobile phone while driving on the M3 at Winchester on February 13 2024. Fined £166 with £110 costs and £66 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
OBIDA ALSBATEEN, 31, of Rathbone Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance at Bar End Road, Winchester, on February 12 2024. Banned from driving for 28 days, fined £350 and told to pay £600 costs. Also pleaded guilty to driving without a licence. Fined £100.
THOMAS CRAIK, 30, of Bridge Road, Woolston, pleaded guilty to using a handheld mobile phone at Alresford Road, Winchester, on February 13 2024. Fined £288 with £110 costs and £115 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
MAYSIE SWAIN, 22, of Southampton Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possessing razor blades in a public place on the Itchen Bridge on January 23 2025. Also pleaded guilty to assault. Remanded on conditional bail until June 12 2025.

RYAN COLE, 44, of Lawn Road, Eastleigh, pleaded guilty to failing to stop after an accident at Bursledon Road, Southampton, on April 14 2025. Also pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis. Also pleaded guilty to careless driving. Remanded on unconditional bail until September 3 2025. Handed interim driving ban.
JONATHON SIMS, 36, of Above Bar Street, Southampton, pleaded guilty to racially/religiously aggravated harassment in Southampton on June 4 2025. Handed 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. Told to pay £100 compensation to his victim. Also pleaded guilty to stealing candles valued at £295 from Next in Southampton on May 26 2025. Told to pay £295 compensation.
