A value supermarket is set to shut a shop in Southampton city centre tomorrow.
Poundland in West Quay Retail Park will have its final day tomorrow and then shut its doors for good, a spokesperson from the brand told the Echo.
The store on Above Bar Street will remain operating as normal.
A Poundland spokesperson said that the brand "constantly" reviews its store portfolio as "leases expire or come up for renewal".
"In Southampton we’re consolidating our presence in the city at our Above Bar Street store that’s only half a mile away," they said.
"We’d obviously like to thank customers for their support at Westquay and look forward to welcoming them to Above Bar Street."

A customer told the Echo that he had seen empty shelves in his visit to Poundland on Saturday afternoon.
He recounted also hearing one of the employees talking about how she would need to travel to another store.
Across Southampton, Eastleigh and Totton, there will be seven Poundland stores once the one in the West Quay Retail Park closes.
The Echo previously asked residents in the city centre if the brand would be missed during rumours of parent company Pepco Group selling Poundland in March.
Outside the shop on Above Bar Street, Peter from Southampton said the store closing would be "another good" brand "that's gone down" in the city centre.
“Poundland goes down, it’s not too bad, but another shop and another shop, there’ll just be hairdressers left,” he explained.

Joe Bright said that he thinks the budget chain would be missed by a lot of people if it were to close on Above Bar Street.
“I know for a fact that there’s a lot of elderly people who go in there for a deal, my parents included,” the 27-year-old said.
“I think it’s one of those shops you always think of as a good budget choice and I think the bargains you can get there would be missed by others and by me.
A Pepco Group spokesperson told the Echo yesterday: “The focus of the Group and advisers is currently on a potential sale of Poundland. This is an ongoing process, and no final decisions have been taken.”
