Key decisions could see Hampshire County Council services significantly reduced.
The future of older adults' day services, school transport, and planned road maintenance will be discussed this summer.
This follows the Future Services Consultation, which sought public opinion on service reductions to tackle a £97.6m budget shortfall for 2025/26.
The consultation received more than 1,500 responses.
County councillors will scrutinise these results, along with the potential impact of the proposed cuts, before making recommendations to the council's cabinet on July 18.

Councillor Nick Adams-King, leader of Hampshire County Council, said: "My thanks to all those Hampshire residents who provided their feedback on the potential ways we can make savings to help the County Council live within our means and prioritise the public services to residents who are most in need."
He added that the proposed cuts could save £9.9m, while maintaining essential services for the county's most vulnerable residents.
However, he cautioned that "there is still a long way to go."
