A popular market in Southampton has been cancelled this weekend after heavy rain and high winds are predicted in Southampton.
Located around the corner from Bedford Place, Carlton Place Market opens on the first Saturday of every month from 10am to 4pm.
The market provides an array of independent businesses to promote their products – including food, crafts, and candles.

Met Office forecasts are predicting thunderstorms this weekend - with a yellow weather warning being predicted for Saturday, June 7.
A spokesperson for the Carlton Place market said: "Unfortunately due to high winds and heavy rain predicted for this Saturday, June 7, we have taken the decision to cancel this month's market in the interests of safety.
"We will back next month with our amazing traders and a full musical line up on July 5, 2025. We look forward to seeing you then."
