An "iconic" art deco building in the heart of Portswood is looking for a new business to call home.
The former Blockbuster building on Portswood Road is on the market to let at a cost of £70,000 per year.
A spokesperson for Keygrove, which is marketing the building, said: "This iconic property comprises a large ground floor retail unit with staff kitchen, WC's and a storage basement.
"There is a 1,494 square foot first floor office with independent access which can be included or let separately."

As reported in the Echo in December 2023, the building was previously home to a group of squatters.
The group moved out last year.
Councillor for Portswood and St Denys, Cllr John Savage, said: "It would be great if we could see some kind of facility for the community.
"The building has really great northern light which I think would make for a great gallery space - possibly with a café."
In 2019, plans to turn the site into 64 student flats was thrown out by the council.
