There was drama on a major Oxford road this afternoon after a crash involving a car and a bus. 

The incident was just outside the Waitrose supermarket in Botley Road just before 3.30pm.

Botley Road, Oxford (Image: NQ) The crash resulted in significant damage to a silver Toyota Yaris with one of the rear passenger doors completely caved in. 

Reports from the scene were that the crash had no impact on traffic, but an argument ensued between the bus driver and the car driver. 

The bus driver told us his bus would be out of service for the rest of the day as a result of the incident. 

The bus was left with scratches on the front, with the driver exclaiming that it would now be out of service.
