Several cats are looking to find loving new homes around Hampshire - can you help them out?
The Cats Protection charity is highlighting several cats looking for new homes at its branches in Hampshire.
The organisation has many branches in the county, including in Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke and Gosport.
In this article, these cats are all from the Southampton, Basingstoke and Winchester branches.
You can donate to help the charity with its work rehoming and caring for cats, and find your nearest branch on the website here.
April

April is a female domestic shorthair crossbreed cat who is four years old and white and tortoiseshell in colour.
She was found with her kittens in somebody's garden and was a little shy at first.
However, once she gets to know someone, she loves a bit of a fuss and a cuddle.
Cats Protection adds that April is "a very sweet and loving cat with a big purr".
Max

Max is a male domestic shorthair crossbreed cat who is three years old and black in colour.
He is said to be a "playful" and "gentle soul" who is looking for a calm and loving home to join.
Max can be a little shy around new people, but he'll happily soak up all the fuss and cuddles you can offer once he's gotten to know you.
He would love a home with a secure garden to explore and loves playing with feather toys.
Sprout

Sprout is a male domestic shorthair crossbreed cat who is nine months old and white and black in colour.
Sprout is a "friendly boy" who could possibly go to a home with other cats, as he gets on with others in foster care.
Cats Protection believes he was abandoned by his previous owner, but despite this, he is happy and loves a bit of a fuss.
In a new home, he would be able to share the space with friendly children over the age of eight.
Willow

Willow is a female domestic shorthair crossbreed cat who is six years old and black in colour.
She would be best with an experienced cat owner who can give her the time and space to settle.
Willow was initially worried in her new environment, and some things can make her feel cautious until she gets to know you.
She would prefer a home without other cats or dogs and really would be happiest with adults only.

Arnold

Arnold is a male domestic shorthair crossbreed cat who is two months old and black and white in colour.
He is a very playful boy with a loud purr who seems interested in other cats.
Therefore, Cats Protection believes he could go to a home with another friendly cat.
They add: "Would be fine with children over 8 years old or younger if experienced with cats."
