Digital skills, training, and creative projects have been helping people of all ages get online.
More than 260 residents have received digital support in Gosport through three new hubs, thanks to a two-year programme funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The hubs are helping people access online services such as banking and GP appointments while developing skills for job hunting and daily life.
Councillor Peter Chegwyn, leader of Gosport Borough Council, said: "Huge numbers of people have benefitted from this programme – whether it's older people learning how to keep in touch with family and friends online, or businesses getting the tools and support they need to compete in a digital marketplace."
The programme also supported businesses, with 47 receiving mentorship in digital technologies and 34 given new websites.
Creative projects included the youth-led magazine Scene+Heard and the Unlocked youth voice project, which supported more than 300 young people in telling their stories about Gosport.
