A once popular activity and residential centre on the Isle of Wight is to reopen next year under new ownership.
Kingswood, off Hillway Road, Bembridge has been bought by Manor Adventures, another company providing residential trips for school groups.
Promising "to merge the best of Kingswood with the best of Manor Adventure", the firm has teased a "much smaller, more personalised" experience for visitors.
There will be less children per instructor, a greater choice of activity programme and outdoor pursuits after dinner to maximise value, Manor Adventures' website said.

"Our residential activity centres provide school groups with an introduction to outdoor pursuits, with each session lasting one and a half hour", it said.
Once opened, the site will also provide a range of water sports activities.
As well as a mixture of accommodation and learning facilities, the site also boasts outdoor activities, including a high ropes course, indoor and outdoor climbing facilities, abseil tower and zipwires as well as an obstacle course, 3G swing, problem solving area and low ropes course.
Kingswood has been closed since January after its former owner, Inspiring Learning Group (IL), fell into administration.
At the time, three of the six IL centres closing across the country were acquired by PGL — but the Island's hub was not one of them.
IL said in a statement: "We are devastated by this news and want to thank all our colleagues and customers for supporting Kingswood over the years.
"We wish them all the very best for the future.

Set within 60 acres, Kingswood went up for sale in March through estate agents Savills.
The price of the freehold for the centre was not disclosed and was only available on application.
Manor Adventures, which has five other 'centres of excellence' in the UK and two in France, plans to open the Bembridge centre in 2026.
