Residents recognised with Citizens of Honour awards for their dedication to their communities.
The awards were presented at Eastleigh's annual Mayor Making ceremony, held every two years to recognise remarkable community contributions.
Among the recipients was Rose Timms, who, alongside her husband, supports veterans and their families through various initiatives in Eastleigh.
Wendy Cummins, of Quiffy’s hairdressers, was honoured for organising a Christmas community event for the past 11 years, ensuring children can enjoy a festive experience without financial strain.

Julie Olden, a School Crossing Patrol officer in Bursledon for 28 years, was acknowledged for her unwavering commitment to child safety and her friendly demeanour.
Former councillor Anne Winstanley was also recognised, being made an Honorary Alderman for her two decades of service to Eastleigh Borough Council.
The Citizen of Honour title was established by the Borough Council in 1987 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Borough Charter.
