In a statement, a force spokesperson said: “Five people were issued with dispersal orders.
“One person, a 43-year-old man from Winchester, was arrested on suspicion of failing to comply with a S.35 direction excluding a person from an area.
“He has since been released from custody, with no further action to be taken against him. The dispersal order has now concluded.
“We will continue to work alongside our partners to tackle any further reports of ASB in the areas concerned.”
