A knife sweep near the University of Southampton has uncovered drug paraphernalia, bolt cutters, and a motorbike.
The operation, led by the Portswood Neighbourhood Policing Team in conjunction with the university’s security, was part of the Op Sceptre initiative, a knife crime awareness campaign.
The search took place on Lovers Walk, close to the university’s Highfield Campus, on May 21, between 2pm and 5pm.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "The team conducted a thorough search along Lovers Walk as part of the knife crime awareness week known as Op Sceptre to find any hidden or discarded knives and bladed weapons.
"Knife sweeps are often carried out in response to information you tell us, and the aim is to reassure communities and make our streets safer."
The team used information provided by the public to conduct a thorough search, aiming to find any hidden or discarded knives or bladed weapons.
The police are urging the public to report any suspicious activity or individuals carrying knives to them via phone on 101 or anonymously through Crimestoppers.
In an emergency, the public is advised to call 999.
