A 25-year-old payroll specialist who is from Southampton is set to enter the villa on the new season of Love Island.
Megan Moore is the latest bombshell, hailing from Southampton, to kick off the ITV reality show's summer season in Mallorca.
The payroll specialist Meg was one of the first three contestants confirmed for this year's show.
Speaking before heading into the villa, Meg told the media: “I’d like to meet someone who is tall, with a nice tan, nice eyes and a nice smile.
“He needs to have a good fashion sense and a really good, funny personality that I can get on with.”
According to Megan, her love life is "bankrupt" right now, but "we’re going to make sales and get on that corporate ladder and be booming."
Starting all the way back in 2005, using a traditional dating show format, in 2015 Love Island captivated audiences across the UK using its now well-known style of putting a group of single lads and laddies in a villa for around six to eight weeks.

The contestants, often referred to as ‘Islanders’, then have to couple up with their desired partner – with many rifts and arguments being fought in the process.
Throughout the series, new Islanders enter, couples can be reshuffled, and the public often gets to vote for their favourite couples.
Fans of the show in Southampton will know that Megan is not the only local that has entered the iconic villa.
Hugo Godfroy, an electrician from Southampton, entered the 11th season of the show last year.
He entered the villa as during the Casa Amor twist on June 30, 2024, quickly coupling up with fellow Islander, Jess White, and both returned to the main villa.
In total, Hugo spent around ten days in the villa before his departure.
With the new season of the show set to kick off on Monday, June 9, 2025, only time will tell if Megan will last longer in the villa.
