A new coastal neighbourhood is taking shape on the south coast.
Metis Homes has launched Maritime Park in Warsash, a 38-home development on the former Warsash Maritime Academy site, with a new marketing suite now open on-site.
The first homes are expected to be ready by autumn, with full completion scheduled for summer 2026.
David Oakley, sales and marketing director at Metis Homes, said: "Maritime Park is set to become a vibrant new community in Warsash, offering a rare opportunity to enjoy coastal living in a well-connected village.
"With its sought-after location, sustainable design, and variety of home types, we expect strong interest from a wide range of buyers, from young professionals to growing families and downsizers."
Designed by JTP Architects, the scheme features a mix of one- to five-bedroom houses and apartments.
Properties will include air source heat pumps, EV charging points, and solar panels.
A show home will be available to view later this summer.
