A COLDEN Common man has been fined after he failed to help the police.

Joseph Tatira, 40, of Springfields Close, failed to provide information regarding the identity of a driver believed to be involved in an offence at Devizes on July 5, 2024, a court heard.

Appearing at Salisbury Law Courts on Tuesday, May 27, Tatira pleaded guilty.

He has been fined £193 and must also pay a victim surcharge of £77 and £90 costs. The total amount of £360 will be paid in monthly instalments of £40, starting from June 29.

Six penalty points have also been added to his licence.
