These road closures are set to be in place between 3:50pm and 5:30pm but drivers should be aware that delays are likely throughout the Totton area.
As in previous years of the carnival, the event is set to be held on Saturday, June 21.
Performers often dress up as comic book characters, animals, and sporting heroes, as members of the public donate money to various charities and community groups.
Those who will need to travel through the area are advised to allow extra journey time.
The event has been running for many years in Totton and Ealing with it being well known as a day out for all the family.
