It's a new foodie concept from a top city chef and his culinary team.
Daniel Rogan has announced he will open his new eatery Album on Oxford Street this month, while his fine dining restaurant AO will also return to the city centre in the coming months.
It's the latest move from Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsay trained Dan, the son of chef Simon Rogan, once named Britain's top chef.

The Southampton born and bred chef launched AO, which boasted an eight-course tasting menu back in December 2022, saying he was aiming to put the city on the foodie map.
It relocated to Sunnyfields Farm in Marchwood a year later, offering a real farm to fork experience, but closed temporarily last August with Dan taking part in a number of prestigious pop-up events since, including sell out successes at waterfront luxury property The Bugle.
Album, on the site previously occupied by Cargo, promises small plates and a sharing concept with bookings now available from June 10 onwards.
Speaking about the new venue, Dan said: "Our unwavering commitment to excellence continues to redefine modern dining in Southampton.
"While it offers a different experience to AO, ALBUM remains grounded in the same principles of creativity, quality, and craft."
Dan was inspired by childhood visits to L'Enclume, his father's three-Michelin-star flagship restaurant in the Lake District.
He worked at L'Enclume, Marcus at The Berkeley and for Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea as well as at several New Forest restaurants like The High Street Kitchen in Lymington and TerraVina in Woodlands before launching his own private dining business and working towards his long held dream to open his own restaurant.
AO, named after Dan's two children, quickly became renowned for its incredible ever-evolving eight-course tasting menu using locally-sourced and sustainable ingredients, plus a superb wine pairing menu.
Each dish on the £80 menu, sourced from local family businesses like JS Fresh Fish at Shamrock Quay and Hogget & Boar butchers at Broughton, includes four or five components and goes through three or four stages of preparation.
Album will open from 6pm to 9pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and for lunch and dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
