A company has earned a top safety award for the fifth year in a row.

InstaVolt, the UK’s leading ultra-rapid EV charging network, received the Gold Medal from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) in recognition of its ongoing excellence in health and safety.

The award highlights the safe delivery of the new EV superhub at Three Maids Hill in Winchester, which is now the largest in InstaVolt’s network.

The project was completed over nine months by nearly 80 contractors, without a single lost time injury.

The Winchester superhub features 44 ultra-rapid chargers and supports both local drivers and long-distance travellers.

InstaVolt said the site is an important addition to the area’s sustainable transport infrastructure and reflects its wider commitment to safety and reliability.
