The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
DAVID CAGNASSO, 41, of Lower Bellfield, Titchfield, admitted to driving through a no-entry sign on Ringwood Road, Southsea on April 13, 2024. Additionally admitted to driving without insurance on the same date. Disqualified from driving for six months and must pay a £450 fine. Must pay £110 in court costs and pay a surcharge of £180.
OWEN MORTON, 26, of White Hart Lane, Fareham, admitted to using a mobile phone whilst driving on the A27 Junction Delme Roundabout, Fareham, on January 10, 2024. Fined £366 and driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Must pay court costs of £110 and a surcharge of £146.
GHEORGHE DRAGOI, 32, of Denzil Avenue, Southampton, was found to have used a motor vehicle without insurance or a licence on January 15, 2024, at The Polygon in Southampton. Fined £161 and driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Must pay court costs of £110 and a surcharge of £64.

RICARDO BUDRIGA, 23, of Clovelly Road, Southampton, proven to have used a motor vehicle without insurance on Frederick Street, Southampton on August 26, 2023. Fined £825 and driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Must pay court costs of £110 and a surcharge of £330.
ALBERTO-CRISTIAN GLOABA, 26, of Henstead Court, Devonshire Road, Southampton, admitted to driving whilst disqualified from driving and without insurance on January 5, 2024, on Bernard Street, Southampton. Also admitted to driving whilst disqualified and without insurance on March 3, 2024, on Lodge Road, Southampton. Given a suspended prison sentence of two months, suspended for 18 months. Must also complete 15 rehabilitation requirement days and 150 hours of unpaid work.
TOBY FLANAGAN, 38, of Fritham Road, Southampton, admitted to driving a motor vehicle whilst disqualified and without insurance on April 1, 2025, on Britannia Road, Southampton. Given a 12-month community order and must complete 80 hours of unpaid work. Also disqualified from driving for 18 months. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
