A Romsey man has been ordered to undertake rehabilitation activity after assaulting another man.
Ian Hitchens, of Anderson Close, admitted a charge of assault by beating after attacking his victim on Monday, September 9, 2024, in Romsey.

The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, March 18.
During a hearing at the same court on Tuesday, May 20, Hitchens was given a community order and must attend up to 20 rehabilitation days.
He was also ordered to pay £50 as a fine and a victim surcharge of £114.
