Four care home residents went sailing as part of an initiative to promote new activities.
The group from Abbotswood Court, in Romsey, all in their 80s, went dinghy sailing with the help of Testwood Lakes Sailability on Wednesday, May 21.
The initiative aims to provide opportunities for people with physical impairments or age-related issues to enjoy water-based activities safely.

"We are always thinking of new ways to engage residents in meaningful activities and to see them out on the water was so rewarding.
"This has definitely been a highlight in our activity schedule, and we look forward to repeating it throughout the summer.”
One of the residents who took part, Graham Jenkins, 82, said: "It was very nice being out on the water.
"It brought back wonderful memories of when I used to sail with Weston Sailing Club at Netley, Southampton.
"I am very much looking forward to getting back out on the water again."
