A trial date has been sent for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Hugo Lucas appeared at Southampton Crown Court on Tuesday.
Wearing a suit for the short hearing, the 33-year-old who spoke only to confirm his name and deny the charges against him.
The court heard he is accused of sexually assaulting one woman in Southampton in August 2024.

Lucas, of Cawte Road, Southampton, denies attempting to cause a woman to engage in sexual activity, causing a woman to engage in sexual activity, and sexual assault.
A trial date was set for January 19, 2026 at the same court.
He was released on bail.
