"Without the help of many parent volunteers and the support of our main sponsor Nisa Local we would be unable to provide the opportunity for children in and around the area to get out in the fresh air and exercise at very little cost for their families - we pride ourselves on making it as inclusive and accessible as possible.”
"As chairman of the club, I’m also extremely proud of the ongoing reputation of the club and this has been rewarded with the achievement of winning the Hampshire FA Fair Play shield (Southampton Region) for the past three seasons."
On the event's Facebook page, the club said people can "Win prizes and get involved in games and sports drills during our family open day."
"Raffle tickets [are] now available. Meet the coaches and players right across our community-focused football club and join in for an afternoon of activities."

"All boys and girls are welcome to participate, even if they do not wish to become part of our squads."
