Plans have been approved to build a three-bedroom detached bungalow in the back garden of an existing house.
Permission was sought to extend an existing bungalow and to build another in the back garden of a house on Holly Hill Lane in Sarisbury Green.
Three letters of objection were received, citing a loss of privacy and sunlight and the overdevelopment of the area among other issues.

But the application was amended following concerns of overlooking and impacting the neighbour to the east, leading to Fareham Borough Council giving the plans the green light.
Changes will be made to the existing bungalow to improve access and visibility, creating enough space for vehicles to drive through to the new house behind it.
The bungalow to be built will also mirror the design of the one already in place.
Fareham Borough Council approved the plans conditionally, and the development must begin before May 14, 2028.
