Four care home residents in their 80s took to the water and went dinghy sailing.
The residents of Abbotswood Court care home in Romsey enjoyed being on the water on May 21 as part of an initiative to engage in new activities.
The event was organised by the wellbeing and lifestyle team at the care home, with help from Testwood Lakes Sailability.

Lea Wintle, general manager at Abbotswood Court, said: "It was wonderful to enable our residents to get out into the sunshine and enjoy an activity they thought they would not experience again at this stage in life.
"We are always thinking of new ways to engage residents in meaningful activities and to see them out on the water was so rewarding."
Graham Jenkins, 82, one of the four residents, said: "It was very nice being out on the water.
"It brought back wonderful memories of when I used to sail with Weston Sailing Club at Netley, Southampton."
