An Eastleigh recruitment consultancy has reached a "significant milestone" by becoming employee-owned.
Heads Resourcing Group, which was founded in Winchester in 2009, has transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).
The company, which has a strong presence in HR, procurement, and executive recruitment, said the move will secure its legacy while empowering its staff.
The award-winning consultancy, which now serves clients nationwide, said the move will foster innovation, commitment, and strategic growth in a continuously evolving market.
