A fitness studio in Warsash thinks that its in-house mentorship scheme and unique approach to personal training could be enough to win it the Echo's Gym of the Year award.
Enjoy Fitness Studio has been shortlisted for the award, originally starting as a community initiative with a mission to improve the fitness, confidence, and health of local people.
It has now become a popular health and wellbeing hub on the south coast, taking a unique approach to personal training.
The studio's specialist rehabilitation programme also sets it apart from the rest as it guides gymgoers back to strength from tough injuries.

Enjoy's in-house mentorship scheme has also produced many talented personal trainers.
Club manager Mark Mayes is particularly proud of the studio's specialist rehabilitation programme, which has built a strong reputation across Hampshire.
Mark said: "Our rehab programme has attracted clients from all over the county.
"We help people recovering from knee replacements, heart attacks, and support women through perimenopause.
"We even work with elite athletes looking to fine-tune their performance."
