A new learning centre has opened at the Hoeford depot in Fareham.
The centre, part of a nationwide investment by First Bus, will help bus workers across Hampshire develop new skills and advance their careers.
The facility is open to all First Bus South employees, including drivers, engineers, and support staff, and will provide resources for upskilling, retraining, and personal development.
It will also assist new employees with onboarding and training materials.

Simon Goff, managing director at First Bus South, said: "This new learning centre is about giving our teams the tools, space, and support they need to grow – whether they’re just starting out or looking to take the next step in their career."
The centre was unveiled by Simon and Polly Morgan, chief executive of iDEA, the UK's leading digital skills charity, which has partnered with First Bus.
