The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ABIGAIL HOARE, 38, of Wharncliffe Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to jointly stealing fragrances and make up valued at £706 from John Lewis store in Southampton on October 14 2024. Handed community order and banned from entering store for 12 months.
DAMIAN MARTIN, 48, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing food valued at £35.34 from Co-op store in Hedge End on December 1 2023. Given absolute discharge because he is already serving a long prison sentence.
RHYS THORNTON, 30, of Pansy Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified at Glen Eyre Road, Southampton, on December 20 2024. Handed community order and told to pay £35 costs. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance. Fined £100.
ANDREW HARRINGTON, 39, of Ashmead Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting emergency worker at Weymouth West Police Station on September 2 2024. Jailed for 12 weeks for each offence. The two terms will run concurrently.

DARIUSZ SEREJ, 45, of Northam Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to possessing Class B controlled drug in Southampton on November 28 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until June 17 2025.
CHARLOTTE HAINES, 37, of Pansy Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to disclose information that would affect her entitlement to benefits. Jailed for 12 weeks. Told to pay £85 costs and £154 victim services surcharge.
ABDUL ALIM, 55, of Navigators Way, Hedge End, pleaded guilty to speeding at Bitterne Road West, Southampton, on October 5 2023. Fined £150 with £110 costs and £60 victim services surcharge. Driving record endorsed with four penalty points.
SARAH BURCH, 40, of Sunlight Gardens, Fareham, found guilty of failing to disclose information relating to identity of driver suspected of committing offence. Fined £440 with £110 costs. Driving record endorsed six penalty points.
