A Southampton Solent University student helped Aldershot Town win the FA Trophy at Wembley Stadium.
Joe Savory, a sports and exercise therapy student, is on a placement year with the National League side.
He works closely with the club's medical team, applying his studies in a professional football environment.
Reflecting on the experience, Joe said: "Being part of the matchday team at Wembley was absolutely incredible.
"It’s the kind of opportunity I dreamed of when I started my course, and to see the team lift the trophy made it all the more special."
Dr Lynsey Northeast, course lead for sports and exercise therapy at Solent University, praised Joe’s involvement.
She said: "Joe’s experience at Wembley is a fantastic example of how enriching and career-focused our courses at Solent can be.
"Our aim is to provide students with meaningful, hands-on learning that prepares them for success in the professional world."
