Several pets in Hampshire are looking for their forever homes, including at the RSPCA Solent branch in The Stubbington Ark.
Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.
A few animals from The Stubbington Ark are listed below, but more can be found on the centre's website.

Gender - Male
Age - Five years old
Breed - Jack Russell / Cocker Spaniel
Colour - Black
If you want to adopt Twix you can view his full profile here.
Twix is described as a "playful" and "affectionate" dog who is always up for an adventure.
He’s comfortable in the home, is not worried by any normal everyday noises and sleeps well too.
Twix is worried by other dogs and is likely to bark at them on walks, but the centre has been able to get him to walk with a calm dog on occasions.
Stubbington Ark adds: "His adopters will need to have patience and understanding, make space from other dogs and take any introductions slowly."
He'll need to be the only pet in the home, and could share the space with secondary school-aged children.
Additionally, Twix would benefit from a private garden where he can run around.
Zorro

Zorro is described as a smart and agile dog who loves to play and cuddle with his human friends.
He would benefit from positive reinforcement training and possibly be a good companion for dog sports like canicross or agility.
Zorro is worried about new people and can sometimes bark at people on walks but is responding very well to his training.
He would do best in a quiet, adult-only household, with owners who are interested in dog training/behaviour.
