One lane remains closed at Junction 7 on the M27 according to National Highways' traffic map as a broken down vehicle remains.
Normal traffic conditions have returned across the M27 though and this lane closure is not causing congestion.
National Highways said: "The event is expected to clear between 19:00 and 19:15 on 14 May 2025."
The previously reported 'severe delays' on the westbound carriageway between Junction 9 and 7 are now easing, and setbacks of only five minutes remain.
An update from National Highways on its traffic map suggests that the broken down vehicle is not expected to be cleared until some point between 6.15pm and 6.30pm.
AA Traffic Map also reports unrelated 'severe delays' of 15 minutes and rising on the westbound carriageway between Junction 9 and Junction 7.
An average speed of just 10mph is reported.
One lane has closed heading eastbound at Junction 7 as a vehicle has broken down.
AA Traffic Map reports that the carriageway is facing 'severe delays' of 10 minutes.
The vehicle is expected to be cleared between 6pm and 6.15pm.
