A group of knitters has donated teddies to the police for children who have experienced trauma.
Jax's Knitting Lovelies of Barton on Sea visited Lyndhurst Police Station with the homemade toys.
The teddies are given to children who may have been involved in distressing incidents, such as road traffic accidents, domestic abuse, or bereavement.
Half of the teddies will be with PC Tash Stevens on E shift at Lyndhurst, and the other half with PC Joey Chung for the Totton Neighbourhood Police Team.
The teddies have been handed to officers to give to children in need

A police spokesperson said the teddies offer "reassurance and comfort at times of trauma."
They also thanked Jax, Sherry, and Elaine for their "kindness," adding: "Your efforts will definitely make a difference to children in the New Forest."
The initiative aims to provide comfort and reassurance to young people during distressing times.
