A five-day road closure is planned in Swanmore.
The closure, which will be in place 24 hours a day, is to allow for gas main replacement works by FPF Utilities.
It will affect three roads: Hill Pound, Chapel Road and Mislingford Road.
On Hill Pound, the closure will be between a point approximately 150 metres north of the junction with Chapel Road and a point approximately 130 metres south of that junction.
On Chapel Road, the closure will be between its junction with Glendale and its junction with Hill Pound.
On Mislingford Road, the closure will be between its junction with Hill Pound and the property known as Fox House.
The closure has been in effect from May 12.
Hampshire County Council has granted the order, which will remain in place for six months, although the works are expected to be completed within five days from the start date.
Alternative routes have been put in place.

For Chapel Road and Mislingford Road, the diversion route will be via Holywell, Bishops Wood Road, Forest Road, New Road, Church Road and Dodds Lane.
FPF Utilities has said it will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and will provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
