The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

STEWART CHALK, 41, of Burgoyne Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing stock valued at £44.95 from Co-op on December 14 2023. Also pleaded guilty to stealing goods valued at £30 from Southern Co-operative on January 22 2024. Also pleaded guilty to stealing tea, coffee, and bars of chocolate from Tesco on October 26 2024. Remanded on conditional bail until July 9 2025.

JAMIE GLASSPOOL, 51, of Atherley Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis in Southampton on January 30 2025. Remanded on unconditional bail until July 9 2025. Handed interim driving ban.

RICHARD PAYNE, 44, of Sedgewick Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Southampton on February 9 2025 and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. Remanded on unconditional bail until May 20 2025.

DANIEL WHITESIDE, 40, of Marryat Road, New Milton, pleaded guilty to stealing vodka and socks together valued at £58 from Tesco, food and laundry products together valued at £54.80 from Tesco, laundry products valued at £19.16 from Nisa, and goods valued at £50.91 from Aldi. Handed 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay compensation.

MARCUS EHORO, 32, of Saltmead, Southampton, pleaded guilty to harassment and three counts of breaching non-molestation order. Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Also told to pay £85 costs and £154 victim services surcharge.

LEE HARRIS, 40, of Butts Ash Gardens, Hythe, pleaded guilty to assaulting emergency worker in Winchester on April 15 2025. Fined £120 with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge.

FAISAL SUMRA, 27, of Northumberland Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified at Lordshill Way, Southampton, on August 7 2024. Also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance and obstructing police. Remanded on unconditional bail until July 9 2025.
