The World's fastest animal has been spotted in the New Forest.
The peregrine falcon, known for its incredible speed, can reach up to 200mph when diving for prey.
Introduced in the north and west of the UK, these birds have increasingly been spreading southwards, adapting to various environments, including cities where tall buildings mimic their natural cliff nesting sites.
The peregrine falcon was spotted by Daily Echo Camera Club member, Jordan Callaghan swooping through the skies among the national park.

Jordan is well known for snapping birds of prey, including the white tailed eagle.
With a length of 40-54 centimetres, a wingspan of 1.2 metres, and an average lifespan of six years, these birds of prey present a magnificent sight in flight.
They can be identified by their dark slate-grey upperparts, white throat and cheeks, and a robust black 'moustache'.
They mostly prey on other birds, including feral pigeons and collared doves.
