Some 60 classic military vehicles are set to depart from the south of Hampshire tomorrow in a convoy celebrating the 80th anniversary of VE Day.
Seats inside the vehicles have been reserved for veterans, and two other guests on the day survived the London Blitz.
A rare and historic Dennis fire appliance from the era of the Second World War will lead the march as it is escorted by members of the Royal British Legion Riders branch.
The vehicles will leave Southwick House at 10am tomorrow to drive the B2177 to Wickham.

From there, the convey will follow the A32 through the Meon Valley before driving further to complete the journey to Basingstoke.
Escorted by members of the Royal British Legion Riders branch, a spokesperson for the convoy has reminded anyone hoping to get lucky and spot it that all times are approximate.
The road run is organised by a small group of volunteers, including members of the Royal British Legion, with practical support from DGCS Security of Basingstoke, Auto-Signs of Reading, South Coast Cop Cars and Raynet Communications.
Any donations received on the day will support the annual Poppy Appeal.
