Firefighters rushed to an unfinished building in a New Forest village last night after a blaze broke out in the late evening.
Reports came in that a fire that broken out at a property still under construction in Burley just before 8pm last night.
Crews from the village, as well as Ringwood, Fordingbridge and Dorset and Wiltshire firefighters tackled the blaze using hose reel jets and compressed air foam systems.

The crews asked residents to avoid the area at 9pm to ensure that emergency vehicles had access, though by 9:50pm the fire had been brought under control.
A cloud of smoke filled the sky above the fire. (Image: Supplied) Scaffolding was present all around the building as firefighters shot water onto the frame of the roof, which had not yet been completed.
By 11:40pm, the flames were extinguished but crews remained on the scene to check for hotspots and to dampen them down.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
