Three former care homes in Hampshire have been put up for sale.

Goadsby, an estate agency, is handling the sale of the properties in Lyndhurst, Bishops Waltham, and Denmead.

Each site, over 2.4 acres in size, presents opportunities for repurposing or redevelopment, subject to planning permission.

The properties are being marketed by Goadsby’s commercial and land departments to ensure maximum exposure across the UK.

Cranleigh Paddock in Lyndhurst is a 2.4-acre site, located 500 metres from the High Street.

The former 32-bed care home is situated in a mainly residential area.

Green Meadows in Denmead is a former 42-bed care home, approximately 25,000 square feet, near Hambledon Road.

Bishops Waltham House is the largest site, at 2.63 acres, with a substantial three-storey building on the outskirts of Bishops Waltham.
