A building on Shirley High Street that used to be home to a betting shop has hit the rental market.
A former William Hill shop, the 589 square-feet 67 High Street is up for grabs for a monthly fee of £1,583.
The building has a full width glazed display, allowing customers to see into the shop from outside.

An open plan sales area gives customers space to roam and a shared driveway allows access to the rear of the potential shop.
A staff kitchen is also installed at the back of the building.
Cake Box is positioned next door, which opened at the end of 2024 in November, with Drinks and Booze Junction neighbouring on the other side.
The Cake Box Shirley outlet became the bakery's third shop in Southampton when it opened as the brand already operated in Eastleigh and on East Street in the city centre.
