A buzzing party in the sunshine to the sounds of Ibiza classics launched a brand new garden and terrace space at The White Horse in Otterbourne.
DJ George Long was behind the decks as a new outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a barbecue grill and fire oven, was unveiled.
Head chef Tom Nabulsi and his team prepared wood-fired pizzas, burgers and a selection of grilled small plates for hundreds of delighted customers new and old.

Alongside the plentiful food, the new garden bar was pouring from a refreshed cocktail menu and summer drinks list. The menu features classics like the Mojito, or something more exotic like the Bahama Mama to enjoy as you soak up the sunshine.
Following the success of the opening event, which took place last Saturday (May 3), the garden party will return on the first Saturday of every month throughout the summer.
The revamped terrace area is now a stylish extension of the main traditional pub and restaurant.

Head Chef Tom has also spearheaded the creation of a kitchen garden, now home to a growing selection of vegetables and herbs. This sustainable addition is now supplying fresh ingredients straight to the kitchen for use in dishes and cocktail garnishes.
"The new garden space is all about relaxed, sociable dining and celebrating great ingredients in a beautiful outdoor setting,” said General Manager Danny Haddad.
"We’ve had such a great response from our guests and are excited to make this a regular part of life at The White Horse."

Inside, the energy continues with a refreshed seasonal menu. The spring menu introduces a selection of new starters, main courses and desserts. It has been curated by Head Chef, Tom and Ideal Collection Executive Chef Matthew Whitfield with quality, local ingredients in mind.
