The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
ANTHONY PERRYMAN, 44, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing fragrance testers and linens together valued at £335 from John Lewis store in Southampton on March 16 2025. Also pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of wine together valued at £42 from Tesco on February 5 2025. Jailed for seven days for each offence. Sentences to run concurrently. No order for costs.
FAKOOI MANSOORI, 49, of Pennin Road, Southampton, found guilty of drink driving at Lyon Street, Southampton, on January 14 2025. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £500 with £650 costs.
DAMIAN MARTIN, 48, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to committing fraud by using stolen bank card to try to buy goods in Queensway, Southampton, on January 22 2024. Remanded on unconditional bail until May 14 2025.
GARY WHETREN, 35, of Junction Road, Totton, pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing controlled Class B drug and one of possessing controlled Class A drug. Remanded on unconditional bail until February 24 2026.

GARY ILES, 48, of Firgrove Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to assault in Southampton on February 26 2025. Remanded in custody until May 20 2025.
HELEN LEAHY, 38, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to stealing food valued at £52.80 from One Stop in Southampton on February 14 2025. Also pleaded guilty to stealing food valued at £77.25 from One Stop on February 18 2025. Remanded on conditional bail until June 27 2025.
ROY CRAVEN, 51, of Pegasus Close, Southampton, pleaded guilty to four counts of breaching restraining order. Remanded on conditional bail on June 11 2025.
SAMUEL MANSER, 27, of The Crescent, Marchwood, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in Southampton on May 17 2024. Fined £120 with £85 costs and £48 victim services surcharge. Also told to pay £100 compensation to his victim.
