A steakhouse in Bursledon has created ten new jobs after a major refurbishment.
Miller and Carter Southampton reopened to guests on Friday following a near-month long renovation, completely transforming the interior of the restaurant.
The new-look steakhouse seats 190 people in a mix of bar and restaurant covers, both in the main dining and bar areas.
The restaurant also has a refreshed patio area, which is ideal for al fresco dining in the summer months, with an outside garden area that seats 48.

Miller and Carter has created ten new jobs in the city, including front-of-house staff, management, and kitchen staff, bringing the total number of staff members to 70.
The addition of new heaters means guests will also be able to dine al fresco long after summer ends.

Current general manager, James Wright, said: "The team and I are incredibly proud of the new look, and we’re thrilled to welcome everyone to experience the refurbished Miller and Carter Southampton.

Miller and Carter has promised the "same steak dishes" that people "know and love" in new "renovated surroundings".

There are also 14 steak cuts to choose from, including a Chateaubriand 16oz sharing steak, T-bone 20oz, and award-winning UK and Irish 30-day aged Ribeye 12oz.
There are also vegetarian options available, including the new side dish Tuscan-Style Butternut Squash, Sunshine Plant Burger, and Spinach, Feta, Lemon and Garlic Filo-Topped Pie.
