A man has been charged after allegedly exposing and inappropriately touching himself in a park.
Mark Richard Phillips, from Fareham, has been charged with outraging public decency.
Hampshire Constabulary were called on Wednesday, April 16 between 12.30pm and 1pm after reports a man was seen exposing himself and inappropriately touching himself in Stamshaw Park football grounds on Newcomen Road, Portsmouth.

Following an investigation by the Buckland & Nelson Neighbourhood Team, Phillips, of no fixed address, was charged.
He appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, April 30, where he was remanded into custody to appear again on a date that has yet to be fixed.
