One of the world's most iconic cruise ships is set to dock in Southampton for the first time in six years.
Independence of the Seas is set to return to Southampton after a six-year absence from the city for a season of summer cruises.
The ship, which can accommodate around 4,500 passengers and around 1,300 crew, will remain with Southampton as one of her new home ports until October.

After she departed Miami, Florida, on April 28, the ship is powering through the waves and headed for Southampton, with stops to Bermuda, Portugal and Spain through its journey.
She will arrive in Southampton on May 12 at 5.30am.
During her stay in Southampton, Independence of the Seas, will take passengers to holiday spots such as Spain, France, the Norwegian Fjords and the Netherlands.
The last time the Independence of the Seas was in Southampton was back in 2019.
