The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
NARGIS MOSAKHEL, 25, of HMP Bronzefield, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft after stealing an item from Waitrose, Southampton on February 9, and a charge of theft from another after he stole £20 banknotes from Richard Baker in Southampton on November 21, 2024. He also admitted a charge of criminal damage after he destroyed two mugs and a vase and damaged plants worth £24 at Waitrose, Southampton on November 20, 2024. He was ordered to pay £154 compensation and was sentenced to four weeks in prison.
NATHAN HUMPHRIES, 28, of Rownhams Lane, Southampton, admitted a charge of drink driving after he was caught with 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on Commercial Road, Southampton, on March 22. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay a fine of £450. He must also pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £180 surcharge.

FABIO DUARTE, 35, of Winchester Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to comply with a dispersal order issued by police on March 22 after he was instructed to leave an area at 1.04am, 1.30am, and again at 1.50am having still not left the area in Southampton. He is subject to a three-month community order and an alcohol abstinence programme where he cannot drink alcohol for 90 days. He must pay £85 prosecution costs and a £114 surcharge.
SAMANTHA SHAW, 31, of Lydgate Road, Southampton, admitted a charge of drink driving after she was caught on Hinkler Road on March 22 with 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She is subject to a one-year community order and an alcohol abstinence programme where she cannot drink alcohol for 120 days. She was banned from driving for two years and must complete five rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must pay £85 prosecution costs and a £114 surcharge.
