Linda then took on her semi-final opponent, Madeleine Hyde from Bedfordshire, again completing a win without giving a set away 6-1 6-2.
In the final, Linda had to overcome the number one seed, Jenny Hughes, if she were to win the tournament.
After two and a half hours, long rallies and a close tie, Linda prevailed, winning the match 6-4 4-6 10-7.
Linda said: "I'm really pleased with how I played.
"I wasn't expected to win, as Jenny represents GB and plays regular ITF tournaments - it's the first singles I've played since the Island Games in Guernsey.
"I now plan to work really hard on my fitness and singles game, and compete in ITF tournaments myself."
On Sunday, April 27, Ventnor's men's team played against Alverstoke Tennis Club in Gosport for the first fixture in the National Singles League, securing an 8-4 victory.
