People are being asked to have their say on options to improve the seafront in Swanage.
The Dorset Coast Forum, Swanage Town Council and Dorset Council have invited residents, visitors, and businesses to provide feedback on the new proposals for the Swanage Green Seafront and Shore Road.
The community engagement, which is based on feedback from the 2023 consultation, introduces a new option for the Green Seafront and four potential highway options for Shore Road.
The major stabilisation works are intended to address the ongoing ground movement across the Green Seafront.
The new option for the Green Seafront includes an expanded event field, improved accessibility, a new accessible seafront plaza, improvements to the Spa area with new beach huts, and additional landscape planting to support wildlife.
Dorset Council is looking for feedback on four options for the northern section of Shore Road, which could coincide with the Green Seafront works.

The options are a full closure of Shore Road, a partial closure with a one-way system, the removal of parking, or maintaining the current layout.
The informal engagement will continue until late June, with the results to be shared with Swanage Town Council and Dorset Council.
The preferred options will be subjected to further formal consultation related to planning permission and changes to traffic regulations.
The stabilisation works are anticipated to begin in autumn 2026, although this is subject to change.
Mayor of Swanage, Tina Foster, said: "Since the result of the last public consultation, we have been working to further develop proposals based upon the feedback you gave us.
"The officers and councillors have discussed the results and used these to shape this round of public engagement.
"The seafront is really important so please take the time to engage with us.
"The Town Council wants to hear from you."
Councillor Jon Andrews of Dorset Council said: "Community input is vital as we move forward with these proposals for the Swanage Green Seafront and Shore Road.
"This is a great opportunity to influence major projects that will shape the future of Swanage for generations."
Community engagement activities will be held on Friday, May 30, at Swanage Market and Co-op and 'drop-in' events on Tuesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 4.
Those unable to attend the engagement activities can share their thoughts via an online survey.
