A new political party has launched in Basingstoke.

The All In Party, which describes itself as a "fresh political movement rooted in values of inclusion, fairness, and independent grassroots action," launched on Saturday, April 26, at a sold-out event at Hatch Warren Community Centre.

The party is led by Hatch Warren and Beggarwood borough councillor Stacy Hart, and was started following the closure of the Women’s Equality Party in December 2024.

The launch event was attended by residents, supporters, and borough council colleagues from different parties.

Councillor Hart said: "The energy in the room was undeniable.

"We’re building something genuinely hopeful here.

"This isn’t about left or right—it’s about getting all people’s voices in the rooms that matter.

"We’re here to break the mould of divisive politics, show up every day for residents and deliver practical and people-powered solutions.

"Basingstoke deserves better, and we are All In to deliver it."

The presence of the council leader and other councillors highlighted growing interest across the political spectrum in the party’s message of cross-party collaboration, equality and grassroots empowerment.
