Almost 200 people celebrated Bengali culture at a food festival in Chandler's Ford on Saturday.
Crowds flocked to Hampshire Puja and Cultural Association's (HPCA) annual food festival on the occasion of Bengali New Year, which was held at The Hilt on Hiltingbury Road between 12pm and 3pm.
The festival was free to enter and boasted over 10 food stalls inside the hall, serving traditional dishes like baked rosogolla, mutton rezala and jhal muri.

One stall, Jolly's Tea and Ice Cream, served paan ice cream, masala tea and samosas throughout the festival.
Dr Tapas Mishra, general secretary of the HPCA, said it was "really lovely" to see "all the smiles on people's faces" at the event.
"It was so good to see so many people all in one place, watching them connecting, networking and coming together," he said.
"And so good to see them all do it with a smile on their faces."
